Social Services is responsible for working closely with other health team members to assist residents in maintaining or improving their ability to manage their everyday physical, 
emotional, financial, and psychosocial needs.
A licensed social worker and social service staff assists residents and their family members/resident representatives with all aspects of the long-term care, transition, and lifestyle.
